How soon will I get back to you?
I try to reply to everyone as soon as I can, but it really depends upon how busy I am. Sometimes that’s right away, and sometimes it’s a bit longer. But you can be sure that I get and read all of the emails that come from this web site, and respond to them all. The only email I ignore is marketing spam.
