In March we went to Cambodia on vacation, and I shot some random video of our tuk tuk rides using my iPhone. I’m no videographer, but these do provide a fun glimpse into the chaotic roadways in and around Siem Reap, and how fun the rides are when you can finally let go of the fear that you are going to die in a traffic accident!
This morning I’m heading out for Gamesauce, which is the first day of the Casual Connect Game Conference. There appear to be some pretty good topics on the list of talks for game development and alternative funding this year, and I expect to run into some old friends. Should be a fun day! This week brings the Casual Connect Game conference back to Seattle, and I’ll be participating in the goodness! Lots of good talks this year on developing for mobile platforms, business management and funding, which is exactly where my head is at these days. I’m looking forward to learning a lot, and making some new connections that could help with the game company I’m starting up.
